Situation 1: You have purchased products or a membership.
The email address used for your account is automatically set to the email address used during the checkout process. So if you used PayPal during your checkout, that is the email address that will be used for your log-in. You can change this in your "account info" area once you have logged-in. However, be sure that the PayPal field in your profile still contains the correct information so that any future transactions will apply to your account.
Situation 2: You receive our emails, but your email address is not working.
Our email list is separate from our customer account list, so you may be receiving our emails but be unable to log-in. To log-in to the paid portions of our site, you must purchase a product or membership.
